MommyJ® Instant Chicken Bolognese Macaroni – Terms & Conditions

By participating in this campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Feedback or disputes outside of these terms will not be entertained.

1. Eligibility

- Open to all residents of West Malaysia, except employees of JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) and their immediate family members.

- Participants must have a child aged 6 months to 5 years.

2. Participation & Claim

- To participate, order via the website and pay RM15 to receive five (5) boxes of MommyJ® Instant Chicken Bolognese Macaroni (worth RM75).

- Product shelf life: until 30 June 2026.

- Limited to 100 sets (500 boxes), while stocks last.

- Product is for your child’s personal consumption only and cannot be resold.

3. Delivery Conditions & Logistics Disclaimer

- Participants must provide a valid West Malaysia delivery address.

- Postage (RM15) is borne by the participant.

- MommyJ® is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, damage, or other issues caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment & Order Verification

- Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment via the website.

- Participants may be contacted by MommyJ® Customer Service for order verification.

5. Organizer’s Rights

- JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this campaign and its terms at any time without prior notice, including in cases of fraud, technical issues, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Marketing & Content Use

- By participating, entrants agree that MommyJ® may use submitted photos, videos, or review content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Acceptance 

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

- 本活动开放给所有马来西亚西马居民，但 JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd.（MommyJ®）员工及其直系亲属除外。

- 参与者须育有 6 个月至 5 岁的宝宝。

2️. 参与方式与领取说明

- 参与者需在网页下单，并支付 RM15 邮费，即可领取 5盒 MommyJ® 鸡肉番茄即食通心粉（总值 RM75）。
- 活动限量 100份（共 500盒），先到先得，送完即止。网页显示库存仅供参考，以系统支付成功为准。
- 产品仅供宝宝个人食用，不得转售。
- 产品有效期至 2026 年 6 月 30日。
- 产品不接受退货、换货或取消订单。

3️. 配送范围与物流免责声明

- 活动仅限西马居民参与。
- 参与者需提供有效收件资料，邮费 RM15 由参与者承担。
- MommyJ® 不对物流延误、遗失或损坏负责，请确保信息准确。

4️. 付款

- 通过网页完成付款及填写邮寄资料后，订单才算确认成功。

5️. 主办方权利

- JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd.（MommyJ®）保留随时修改、延长、暂停或取消活动及其条款的权利，恕不另行通知。

6️. 宣传内容授权

- 参与者同意 MommyJ® 可使用其提交或分享的内容（文字、图片、视频）用于品牌宣传及市场推广，无需额外补偿。

7️. 个人资料使用

- 提供的个人资料仅用于活动及配送目的，不会泄露给第三方。
