MommyJ® Chicken Macaroni Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By participating in this giveaway, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Feedback or disputes outside of these terms will not be entertained.

1. Eligibility

- This giveaway is open to all residents of Malaysia, except employees of JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) and their immediate family members

- Participants must have a child aged 6 months to 4 years.

2. Participation & Claim

- To participate, complete the form and pay RM8 postage to receive three (3) boxes of MommyJ® Chicken Bolognese Macaroni.

- The MommyJ® Chicken Bolognese Macaroni has a shelf life until May 2026.

- Giveaway is limited to 100 submissions only (300 boxes total), while stocks last.

- Each household/IC number is eligible for one submission only. Multiple submissions from the same household or IC will be disqualified.

- By participating, participants acknowledge that the product is intended for their child’s personal use and not for resale.

3. Optional Review Reward

-After receiving the macaroni, participants may optionally share photos or videos of their baby enjoying the meal on FB / IG / TikTok / Xiaohongshu (XHS).

- When sharing, participants must tag @mommyjhealthybabyfood and use #MJMacaroniGiveaway.

- Sharing must be completed by 31 Jan 2026 to be eligible for the reward

- MommyJ® will select 3 lucky participants from the eligible posts to receive a Baby Travel Snack Pack worth RM100+. Winners will be announced on 6 Feb 2026 🏆.

- Winners must contact MommyJ® Customer Service within 3 days of announcement to provide necessary details for claiming the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

- By sharing, participants agree that the submitted text, photos, or videos may be used by MommyJ® for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit given.

4. Delivery Conditions & Logistics Disclaimer

- This giveaway is open to Malaysian residents staying in West Malaysia only.

- Winners must provide a valid West Malaysia delivery address.

- Postage (RM8) for the Chicken Bolognese Macaroni giveaway is borne by the participant.

- MommyJ® is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, damage, or other issues caused by courier services or any unforeseen circumstances. Participants are encouraged to provide a valid delivery address and contact information.

5. Postage Verification

- Participants acknowledge that MommyJ® Customer Service has the right to contact them to verify the postage payment receipt.

- Any submission found using a duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent receipt may result in disqualification from the giveaway.

6. Organizer’s Rights

JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this giveaway and its terms at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to cases of fraud, technical issues, prize stock, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Marketing Acknowledgment

By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) may use submitted photos, videos, or review content for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. Acceptance

Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

参与本活动即表示参与者已阅读、理解并同意以下所有条款与细则。凡不符合本条款的反馈或争议，恕不受理。

1️.  参与资格
- 本活动开放给所有马来西亚居民参与，但 JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd.（MommyJ®）员工及其直系亲属除外。
- 参与者须育有 6 个月至 4 岁 的宝宝。

2. 参与方式与领取说明
- 参与者需填写指定表单，并支付 RM8 邮费，即可领取（3）盒 MommyJ® 鸡肉肉酱通心粉。
- 本次赠送的 MommyJ® Chicken Bolognese Macaroni 有效期至 2026 年 5 月。
- 活动 限量 100 份（共 300 盒），先到先得，送完即止。
- 每个家庭／身份证（IC）仅限参与一次，重复提交将被取消资格。
- 参与者确认所领取产品仅供宝宝 个人食用，不得转售。
- 本促销产品 不接受退货或更换。

3. 分享奖励
- 收到产品后，参与者可自行选择在 FB / IG / TikTok / 小红书 (XHS) 分享宝宝享用餐点的照片或视频。
- 分享时需标记 @mommyjhealthybabyfood 并使用 #MJMacaroniGiveaway
- 分享截止日期为 2026 年 1 月 31 日 ，逾期将无法参与抽奖。
- MommyJ® 将从符合条件的分享内容中选出 3 位幸运参与者，赢取 价值 RM100+ 的宝宝旅行美味组合。
- 获奖名单将于 2026 年 2 月 6 日公布 🏆。获奖者需在公布后 3 天内联系 MommyJ® 客服 提供领奖资料，逾期未联系将视为放弃奖品。
- 若参与分享，即表示同意所提供的文字、照片或视频内容可被 MommyJ® 用于宣传与市场推广（将注明来源）。

4. 配送范围与物流免责声明
- 本活动 仅限居住在西马的马来西亚居民参与。
- 参与者需提供 有效的西马邮寄地址。
- 邮费 RM8 由参与者自行承担。
- MommyJ® 不对因物流公司或不可抗力因素造成的 延误、遗失、损坏等情况负责，请确保填写正确的收件资料。

5. 邮费收据核实
- MommyJ® 客服团队有权联系参与者，以核实邮费支付收据。
- 若发现使用 重复、无效或他人收据，MommyJ® 有权取消其参与资格。

6️. 主办方权利
- JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd.（MommyJ®）保留在任何时间 修改、延长、暂停或取消 本活动及其条款的权利，恕不另行通知。

7️. 宣传内容授权
- 参与者同意 MommyJ® 可使用其所提交或分享的内容（包括但不限于文字、图片、视频）作为品牌宣传及市场推广用途，且无需另行补偿。

8️. 条款接受
- 提交参与即视为 完全并无条件接受 本活动所有条款与细则。
