Terms & Conditions*

By participating in this campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Feedback or disputes outside of these terms will not be entertained.

1. Campaign Details

• Campaign Name: MommyJ® CNY Happy Baby Photo Campaign

• Campaign Period: 1 – 28 February 2026

• Winner Announcement: 3 March 2026

How to Participate

• Share a Chinese New Year-themed baby photo or short video featuring at least one MommyJ® product.

• Post the entry on any of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or XiaoHongShu (RED).

• Entries must include the hashtag #MJCNY2026 and tag @mommyjhealthybabyfood

• Optional: Participants may inbox their entry to MommyJ® for record purposes. All valid entries posted with the required hashtag and tag will be counted.

2. Prizes 

A total of 5 winners will be selected to share *RM688 worth of shopping vouchers (promo codes), redeemable at MommyJ.co. Each winner will receive a different voucher amount.

• Grand Prize (1 winner): RM238 Shopping Voucher (Promo Code)

• Second Prize (2 winners): RM138 Shopping Voucher (Promo Code)

• Third Prize (2 winners): RM88 Shopping Voucher (Promo Code)

*Promo Code Terms & Conditions

• Promo codes are redeemable only at www.MommyJ.co and do not include shipping fees. Shipping must be paid separately.

• Each promo code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be carried forward, shared, transferred, resold, or exchanged. Codes are strictly for the winner’s personal use and linked to their name.

• Promo codes are valid until 31 March 2026.

• Each winner may only use their own promo code. Order recipient name and delivery address must match the winner’s details. Winners will be required to provide name, delivery address, and contact number for verification.

• Prize allocation is determined via the Online Winner Picker system, where the first name drawn receives the Grand Prize, followed by Second and Third Prizes accordingly.

• If a promo code is used by anyone other than the winner (name does not match the winner), it will be considered as potentially shared / sell  to others and the promo code will be forfeit and will not be reissued.

• Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the promo code without compensation. MommyJ® reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.

3. Eligibility

• Open to all residents of Malaysia.

• Employees of JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Participants may submit multiple entries across different platforms.

• Duplicate entries on different platforms may increase the chances of winning.

• Each participant is only eligible to win one (1) prize. If the same participant is selected more than once, subsequent prizes will be passed to another eligible participant.

4. Submission Requirements

Entries must:

• Feature the baby in a happy, Chinese New Year-themed moment.

• Clearly show at least one MommyJ® product.

• Include the required hashtag #MJCNY2026 and tag @mommyjhealthybabyfood.

MommyJ® reserves the right to reject entries that are unclear, incomplete, inappropriate, or do not comply with the campaign requirements, including but not limited to entries containing AI-generated content, stolen images, or copyright infringements.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected using the Online Winner Picker system.

• The winner list will be announced on MommyJ®’s official social media channels.

• All decisions made by MommyJ® are final and binding.

6. Organizer’s Right

JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, change, or cancel this campaign and its terms at any time without prior notice, including changes or postponement of the winner announcement date, in cases of fraud, technical issues, prize availability, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Marketing & Content Usage

By participating, participants acknowledge and agree that JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd. (MommyJ®) may use submitted photos, videos, and names for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

MommyJ® is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or technical failure arising from participation in this campaign or from third-party platforms or systems.

9. Acceptance

Participation in this campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.

1. 活动详情

参与方式：

• 拍摄宝宝开心、喜庆的新年照片或短视频，并确保画面中至少有一件 MommyJ® 产品。

• 将作品发布在以下平台：Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 或 小红书（XiaoHongShu/RED）。

• 发布时需标记 @mommyjhealthybabyfood 并加上话题标签 #MJCNY2026。

• 可选： 你也可以把作品私讯（Inbox）给 MommyJ® 做记录，所有正确发布的作品都会计入活动。

2. 奖品

活动将选出 5 位幸运得奖者，共送出总值 *RM688 的购物礼券（优惠码形式），仅可于 MommyJ.co 使用。每位得奖者获得的礼券金额不同。

• 大奖（1 名）： RM238 礼券 Promo Code

• 二等奖（2 名）： RM138 礼券 Promo Code

• 三等奖（2 名）： RM88 礼券 Promo Code

礼券条款

• 礼券仅限在 www.MommyJ.co 使用，不包括运费，运费需另行支付。

• 每张礼券仅可使用一次，不可累积使用、转让、转售或分享。仅限中奖者本人使用，并绑定中奖者姓名。

• 礼券有效期至 2026 年 3 月 31 日。

• 每位中奖者仅可使用自己的礼券。收件人姓名及寄送地址必须与中奖者资料一致。中奖者需提供姓名、地址及联系电话以便核实。

• 奖品分配依据在线抽奖系统，第一位抽中的中奖者获得一等奖，其次依序获得二、三等奖。

• 礼券仅限中奖者本人使用。如被非中奖者使用（姓名地址不符），为保护中奖者权益，礼券将失效且不会补回。

• 如有任何违规或不当使用情况，礼券将被取消且不另行赔偿。MommyJ® 对任何争议保留最终决定权

3. 参与资格

• 本活动开放给所有马来西亚居民，但 JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd.（MommyJ®）员工及其直系亲属不能参与。

• 宝宝年龄不限。

• 每位参与者仅可获奖一次，如果同一人被重复抽中，后续奖项将顺延给其他幸运宝宝。

• 参与者可在不同平台提交多条作品，增加获奖机会。

4. 投稿要求

• 内容须呈现宝宝开心，喜庆的新年氛围。

• 画面中必须能看到至少一件 MommyJ® 产品。

• 必须包含指定话题标签 #MJCNY2026 及标记 @mommyjhealthybabyfood

MommyJ® 有权拒绝以下作品：

• 内容不清楚、未完整展示产品或不符合活动主题

• 涉及 AI 生成、盗用图片或版权问题

• 含不当、冒犯性或与活动无关内容

5. 得奖者公布

• 得奖者将由 Online Winner Picker 系统 抽选。

• 得奖名单将在 MommyJ® 官方社交平台公布。

• 所有评选结果以 MommyJ® 公布为准，恕不接受异议。

6. 主办方权利

• JTJ Grace Sdn. Bhd.（MommyJ®）保留在任何时间 修改、延长、暂停、取消本活动或更改／延后得奖公布日期 的权利，恕不另行通知，包括但不限于因技术问题、运营需求、奖品情况或不可预见因素所致。

• 参与者同意 MommyJ® 可使用其所提交或分享的内容（包括但不限于文字、图片、视频）作为品牌宣传及市场推广用途，且无需另行补偿。
